  1. Good afternoon, I'm writing to you today regarding the confusing and debilitating mistake Telekom made short time ago. Namely, upon realizing a slew of important and time-relevant messages did not arrive on my phone number today, I was informed by my contacts that my number was unavailable. It has since come to my attention that, in spite my bills being paid in a timely manner per my Telekom SK contract, my number has been blocked. I do not understand how nor why this could have happened as I have consistently paid my phone bill on time. When can Telekom resolve this mistake? Additionally, I would appreciate a response in English to ensure this does not happen again.Thank you in advance for your understanding,
